The Concept is “Gatpo” style that is one of the Japanese traditional cooking method. Through the Japanese traditional “Dasi”, we serve a soft and sublime taste.

Our beef cutlet is made by carefully selected beef Chuck tail flap and served in medium rare. It can be enjoyable for four flavor with wasabi & soy sauce, Chinese pepper salt, Worcester sauce and Japanese curry sauce.

If you eat our special beef cutlet, you can enjoy soft texture and juicy beef stock like steak.
